Any vehicle (including SUVs & Minivans) with 3 rows of seating or less is considered a standard vehicle, if your vehicle has over 3 rows of seating, you will be subject to the Limo/Party Bus/RV pass pricing (limit to 15 passengers) or the Tour/School bus pricing where permitted.

Yes you have to buy a ticket for a specific day unless you get a flex pass, which allows one entry on any day or a Season Pass, which allows unlimited re-entry, that is specific to your vehicle.

Please park in our main amphitheater parking and you will be shuttled to The Lake House. Shuttles will be provided to all Lake House events and are included in the cost of your ticket.

Yes, please turn off your headlights when you drive through the Poconos Lights. If you cannot turn your lights off, please turn your lights on dim.

No passengers are permitted in the back of pickup trucks. Follow local traffic safety laws.

Please remain inside your vehicle at all times for your safety and the safety of other patrons. Photography is permitted from inside your vehicle. Please observe all signs and directions.

Please remember to turn your headlights back on when exiting the Poconos Lights.

5 PM, The Poconos Lights Drive-Thru Experience will be open until 9 PM. Thanksgiving to Christmas Thursday- Sunday and nightly Christmas to New Year’s

Parking is only allowed for Sleigh Ride, Cookies with Mrs. Claus, and Breakfast with Santa guests. Parking is free and available on-site in our main parking lot. Signs will be laid out directing guests where to go upon entry.

For guests joining us for Poconos Lights, you can join us any time between 5 PM and 9 PM. Those joining us for a VIP Sleigh Ride Experience, please have your group ready and at the staging area by your designated start time. Cookies with Mrs. Claus and Breakfast with Santa are both from 10AM to 2PM, you may join us at the Lake House for as much or as little of that timeframe as you wish.
